✨ Processing Time
All items are made to order, especially custom and personalized pieces.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders may take a little extra time depending on the design.
If you need an order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s possible 🤍
📦 Shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:
- Shipping times may vary and are outside of my control
- I am not responsible for postal delays
- Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom items are made just for you 💕
Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.
you can always double check with me for information provided, once production starts changes cannot be made.
💔 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded. Thank you for understanding the time and care that goes into handmade items
✨Returns & Exchanges
Because items are custom and made to order, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- There is an error on my part
If there’s an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can assist you 🤍
⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.
Packages marked as “delivered” but lost or stolen are not eligible for replacement or refund, but I’m always happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier 🤍
